Description
The polyester PRS version of the popular Klondike Grande bell tent provides excellent levels of comfort for up to ten people. The vertical door makes for easy access - especially in bad weather. The groundsheet zip to the centre alloy pole allows it to be rolled away at the door to create a safe area for an optional stove or to sit muddy boots. The Internal Apex Vent Control is easily opened and closed from inside to work with low-level mesh vents to control ventilation.

5000 mm Hydrostatic Head 5000 mm: Shows the amount of water on 1 cm² before the water penetrates the coating.
Ripstop Ripstop outer fabrics highly resistant to damage and limits tear travel.
Taped Seams Strong, flexible and durable tape is glued and heat-sealed over flysheet seams for effective long-term waterproofing in this critical area.
Internal Apex Air Control Sprung apex vent cowl is closed by pulling and locking off just two cords that run through integral channels. Simple and highly effective solution to controlling airflow.
Stovepipe port An elasticated stovepipe port allows the use of a solid fuel stove designed for tent use.
Standing Height The tent provides standing height in the living area for more comfort and freedom to move and dress.
Guyline retainer Guyline retainers hold folded guylines securely when packing away to avoid the nightmare of tangles and knots later.
Reinforced guying points Reinforced triangular guying points spread the load taken by the flysheet in strong winds.
Aluminium poles Light, strong, reliable and durable.
Mosquito net Mesh with mosquito net for ventilation and to keep insects out.
Zip-in groundsheet For optimum protection from the elements, dirt and insects and to ease housekeeping. Twin zips enable it to be folded away from the door to create a wet area.

Robens Tests
Robens Wind Test: The determination of the performance of a Robens tent in wind is based on the knowledge and technique available to Robens at the time of testing. During the test we register the maximum (MAX) speed impact a tent was subjected and the average (AVG) wind speed at which structural instability occurred. This may appear as a broken/deformed pole, or the collapse of the tent and subsequent return to shape when the wind drops. At no point was any form of catastrophic failure experienced up to the maximum wind speed.
